FAQ

  • I have created a new account, but I can not access or view any products
    • As a Business to Business Only Company, we only sell to verified retailers who will be reselling the products that we carry.  Once you have registered, you will have limited access to the website until we have verified your business.  Usually you will have access within 1-2 working days, but often times it will be much quicker.  In order to expedite the process, please provide all information accurately. We will request the following documents once we have verified the information you have provided.
      • A Sales Tax Resale Number indicating exempt status.
      • A Federal Identification Number.
      • A valid sales tax resale certificate or a signed Multi-State Sales Tax Exemption and Resale Certificate.
      • Verification and validation that Customer's business is an industry-related business in good standing.  
  • My account is no longer active.
    • Accounts that do not have a purchase history within 30 days of activation will be deactivated.

  • Why can't I see Tobacco Products
    • At this time, we are only shipping tobacco products to Tobacco Retailers in California.  We will need a valid copy of the store's California Tobacco Retailer's license.  Once we have validated that the California issued Tobacco license is valid, we will provide access to view and purchase tobacco products.

 

  • I've reached the Free Shipping Minimum but why am I being charged shipping?
    • Applies to orders above $500 excluding Tobacco, oversized and overweight products, and special orders.  If the order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping costs will be calculated on the Tobacco, Over-Sized, Over-Weight, and/or special order products only. Free shipping is available in the contiguous United States only.  Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international Addresses do not qualify for the Free Shipping Offer.  If you return your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit. Any Quantity based discounts will be deducted from any refund or credit. Free shipping may not be combined with any other offers or discounts, including negotiated prices.

 

  • When will my order ship.
    • Usually most orders will be ready to be shipped out by next business day.  
    • We will ship your order once payment has been completed.  Credit Card, Deposit, or ACH (Electronic Transfers) will usually lead to your order being shipped out quicker.  For example if you choose to mail a check, we will ship the order once we receive the check and it has been cleared by the bank.
    • If a product is missing, we will contact you to find out if you would like to wait for the product to be restocked before shipping.

 

  • Do you offer Bulk Discount
    • Yes, We offer Negotiated Bulk Discount starting at the case level.  For example, some of the more popular rolling papers have 42 boxes per case.
    • Orders with Negotiated Bulk Discounts do not qualify for any additional promotions.  For example, Free Shipping does not apply to any orders including Negotiated Bulk Discounts.  
    • Only available for bulk orders:  If you have a preferred Freight Shipping Contract and would like to schedule your own freight service, please contact us at the time of order to receive further instructions.

 

  • Do you verify age?
    • All orders containing tobacco products or products related to tobacco will require adult signature verification from our shipping partners.
