Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  
We do not accept Returns on Tobacco Products.

All damaged products or order discrepancies must be reported to within two days of your receipt of the merchandise. If your product is damaged please see the details below on returning damaged merchandise.

Discounts provided by The Smoke Center may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of The Smoke Center. The Smoke Center reserves the right to cancel any quantity discounts and may modify the discounted bill so that it reflects the full purchase price for items on the invoice that are not returned. (The Smoke Center reserves the right to cancel any quantity discounts and re-bill an order based on the actual volume of merchandise kept.) 

All returns must be in New Condition with original packaging and all accessories intact. No returns of used products or partial boxes can be made.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization. Upon approval of a return, The Smoke Center will issue a Return Authorization. Any Unauthorized returns will not be credited.

Please allow at least 5 business days for the credit to be issued once an authorized return has been received and inspected by our staff.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Damaged Merchandise

Upon receipt of your order please inspect all items carefully. If the box appears to be damaged, please have the delivery driver sign the packing slip or invoice, indicating the outer box was delivered damaged, and take photographs PRIOR to opening the package. 

If the shipment packaging is exposed or severely damaged, you are REQUIRED to take a photograph of the exposed or severely damaged packaging along with the attached packing slip to make any return after the point of delivery.

Please be advised that once shipments have been accepted, all products contained in that shipment will be deemed to be satisfactory unless a product arrived in damaged condition and the product’s condition was not reasonably apparent prior to acceptance.


Change of Address and Incorrect Address 

Any addresses submitted incorrectly will be charged a $25.00 charge for corrections/re-shipment. Please note any changes made to an address in transit will delay the packages. Any shipment returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded minus the original shipping charge and return shipping charges occurred.


CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ABIDING BY THEIR LOCAL LAWS REGARDING THE SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS TO THEIR LOCATIONS shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to from your violations of local laws.



Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all destinations.  For Example, we only ship Tobacco to verified Tobacco retailers in California.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.


Free Shipping Offer

Applies to orders above $500 excluding Tobacco, oversized and overweight products, and special orders.  If the order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping costs will be calculated on the Tobacco, Over-Sized, Over-Weight, and/or special order products only. Free shipping is available in the contiguous United States only.  Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international Addresses do not qualify for the Free Shipping Offer.  If you return your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit. Any Quantity based discounts will be deducted from any refund or credit. Free shipping may not be combined with any other offers or discounts, including negotiated prices.
